I decided to visit Shanghai on a whim and booked this hotel. The room was arranged in another building. When I wanted to use the toilet after checking in, I found urine stains on the toilet seat. It was late and I was very tired, so I wanted to take a quick shower and go to bed. So we cleaned the toilet seat by ourselves. After using the toilet, I found obvious stains on the bed sheets, so I decided to contact the front desk. I searched around but couldn't find the phone number for contacting the front desk, so I tried to call the phone number in the hotel information on Ctrip, but no one answered. I had no choice but to go to the front desk in another building with my bags. The solution given by the front desk was to change a room, but the room they changed was smaller than the original one, and there were still obvious stains on the bed sheets. I didn't want to go through the trouble anymore, so I could only make do with one night. In addition, there is no robot to deliver food, so you have to go downstairs to get it; there is a screen window on the room window that cannot be opened, and the outer window is not completely closed. There is a car wash outside, and people wash cars late at night and early in the morning, which is quite noisy; there is a strange smell on the sheets and quilts; the voice assistant equipped in the room is useless. It responds to the instructions I gave but fails to actually execute them (I tried "turn off the lights" and "open the curtains"). The hotel is not positioned so high, and the hardware facilities are certainly unsatisfactory, but hygiene should be the most basic requirement. I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. When I checked out the next day, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the two guys at the front desk. Not only did I not get any substantial compensation, but the two of them didn't even have a set of standard words. The whole process was cold, and sometimes they looked at each other and laughed awkwardly. Did they take up the job without training? There is no professionalism at all.
