The design of the lobby is OK. The room is spacious but empty and has no decoration. The four white walls make you feel like you are living in a canteen. The view outside the window is good and it is quiet at night. The service attitude is average.

非常好樓下有咖啡

The room was great, clean, soundproof, not noisy at night, convenient parking, and the underground garage was empty. The front desk was on the 3rd floor, the service was good, and the guys at the front desk were all very nice and had a satisfactory attitude.

各方面服務都不錯，後面致電酒店諮詢水單事宜的時候，Nancy給了很大的幫助，非常感謝！後續再有到青浦的時候還會再訂這裏。

This is the third time I have stayed at the Novotel Shanghai Excellence Qingpu District. The hotel front desk is on the 3rd floor. From check-in to check-out, the entire service gives people a very comfortable and cozy feeling. The staff is professional in attitude. It can be seen that they have received professional training, have excellent comprehensive quality, and are responsible for customers. This is also my first choice hotel every time I come to Qingpu. I give a good review and hope that the hotel staff can keep it up.
