A very nice hotel but a bit far to Hongqiao Airport.

Very clean and quiet but best of all is the helpful staff. Jason at the reception is really great and he will assist you with any special request.

Facilities: The hotel is very new and you can check in at the lobby on the third floor. Environment: There is a book bar in the lobby, including breakfast for two. When I checked in, I had a lot of luggage, so I used a luggage cart to deliver it to the room. Service: I stayed for 4 nights in total. Lucy at the front desk helped me solve many problems, such as telling me how to use the laundry room, using an American direct drinking machine for the water dispenser, etc. It was a very pleasant stay. I will recommend friends to come next time 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵

The rooms in this hotel are large, clean and tidy, and cost-effective. The room is close to the lake and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The breakfast is also rich, and there is a free gym on the second floor, which can fully meet the needs of business travel. Thanks to the enthusiastic help of Jason, the duty manager, and Kris, the front office manager, which made my trip full of joy. I will come back next time!

I have stayed in many Novotel hotels, and this is the worst one. 1- The washbasin in the deluxe twin room faces the room directly, and there is no place to hang clothes in the shower room. When taking a shower, you must do it in front of the washbasin. That's a naked *** encounter with the roommate. 2- The whole hotel does not provide bottled water in the name of reducing plastic, but instead provides direct drinking water. However, the direct drinking water machine is not sealed and directly connected to the water pipe design, so it needs to be filled with a portable water tank. There are 2 questions here: First, is there a standard for the replacement cycle of the filter element? How can you reassure guests that the quality of your direct drinking water is safe? Secondly, in today's era where even hotel showers can spray ****, this portable water tank has a wide range of uses that is unimaginable. 3- Two shower nozzles are broken. Did the housekeeper pay attention to it before cleaning? No treatment?

Very bad accommodation. I was in the hotel and the waiter opened the door and came in naked because my clothes were washed. I am very dissatisfied with the solution given by the hotel and I am going to take legal action to protect my privacy.

Summer at the front desk is very nice and the stay is very warm! The hotel breakfast options are not very rich, but they are more in line with personal tastes and the cost performance is relatively high

The room has a good view and a good location. There is a McDonald's and Subway supermarket downstairs. The breakfast is also delicious. The only drawback is that there is no mineral water and the lights in the room are not working, so I can't give it 5 points for facilities.
