I recently had a wonderful stay at the Orange Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Yan Yan at the front desk.
Yan Yan was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She was always willing to assist with any questions or requests, making me feel welcome and valued.
I highly recommend the Orange Hotel and would like to give a special shoutout to Yan Yan for her exceptional service.

I have stayed in so many hotels in my life, but this is the first time I have encountered a hotel with two power outages and two alarms in one night. The phone in the room did not work. The phone number on Ctrip was always busy. The sound insulation was not good. The sound of the upstairs tenants moving chairs and the shower in the next room was heard.
