We stayed in this hotel because it was close to disneyland and it had a swimming pool, but unfortunately when we arrived there the swimming pool ass very dirty and wasn't able to use it. The rooms were very nice and modern but not clean, we found a cigarette behind the bathroom door, a dirty tissue next to the bath and a dead insect behind the toilet. The hotel provides a free bus to disneyland and back which is great because it's very difficult to get a taxi and the lady at reception was very helpful and professional. The swimming must be cleaned for the guest to use or the guest must be notified in advance and the bedrooms must be cleaner

The hotel is only good for its location to shanghai Disney, great service because there is a free shuttle bus for drop off at Disney and pick up. Very average amenities, but for a visit to Shanghai Disney it is convenient.

Location perfect for Disneyland ! They also had a shuttle bus to Disney. But the floor had some spots abd also the bath was not that clean. It was not the fault of the cleaning service - it is just an old building ..

Hotel located nearby disneyland and have bus pickup from hotel to Disneyland but far from the city so it's taking about 1.30 hour MTR to the city from Disney station. The design of the hotel is nice but the hotel service is not reach our expectation. We stay here 3 days and no cleaning service even we have told the counter to clean up but she forgot. If you want the room cleaning service you need to add the hotel group and text the hotel which i think that it's not convenience. The cost of taxi in shanghai is very expensive. so if you plan to travel in shanghai better choose the hotel nearby MTR.

Closeby Disneyland and also has a shuttle there and back. They have a great bathtub. There was a bit of a situation, but it got resolved quickly and they helped us with other rooms. It is quite far from other places and far from places like mcdonalds/kfc and such.

The B&B was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service👏🏽10/10 definitely would recommend 🤌

Great service, friendly staff , nice environment, nearby Disneyland

The location is good for visiting Disneyland and they have a shuttle service to take you there and back, they have an outside pool area, however due to the time of year, we didn't try this. The only food available are instant noodles and not too many places to eat nearby, but food can be delivered. Room was generally clean, but I tried to plug my movie box into the tv and found it was very dirty and dusty behind, (maybe never been cleaned). I would stay here again and plan to do so.

The hotel was beautiful and clean and excellent location for Disney land enthusiasts ~ the hotel was all white and alittle cold but once the heater was on your good to go~
