Great hotel with nice cozy spacious rooms and amenities. Service is great too. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall and metro. Highly recommended!!!

I had a pleasant stay at Citadines. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. All amenities are complete. I extended my stay for one more night because I really enjoyed the services especially our room. The staff were very accommodating and helped us in all our inquiries. I will definitely come back to this hotel and would recommend this place if you want a beautiful stay in Shanghai. Thank you Citadines!!

Room needs a lot more maintenance, tap was leaking and extra paintwork needed. Deluxe studio room sizes were not consistent, some were much bigger.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money, excellent location for restaurants and train station to travel to the fast train network or to the Hongqiao International Airport which is only one train station away,

Suitable for longer stay, near a lot of eateries. Laundry machine, stove and microwave available in the room. However, a bottle cap was leftover on the toilet countertop. So cleaner may not be the most thorough.

Very convenient location, with a shopping mall and metro access at your doorstep.
A variety of restaurants on Level 1, B1 and B2. 7/11, Wastons and grocery store on B1 and B2.
Have a washing machine in the room, ask reception for laundry liquid.
No coffee or tea in the room, however reception has tea bags and capsule coffee machines.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Reception is responsible for supporting us when we want to change the room. The hotel is close to the food course and subway station. I like this hotel. It has everything I need 😊

As usual. My preferred hotel stay in Hong Qiao Area. Receptionist Mr Liu, name Xiao xing is superb and very helpful. Will definitely come again

A great hotel chain that always impresses. This is also a great location for a layover. It’s 1 stop from Hongqiao airport and has lots of food in the complex.
