To be honest with you that I had been stayed at this hotel for Third Times, one of the excellent hotel reception staff and even the Managers of the Hotel quite remarkable. 200% recommended all future customers for this Hotel. Try to spoken with Ms Maio Maio, Mr Zhang, Ms lin, everyone is excellent. Even the Managers of the Hotel. In addition next to reception there are coffee shops, the guy Name: William is one of the best Coffees Makers. Try his coffee, very nice guy.

The position of the hotel is very convenient. Easy to reach by subway, and a lot of restaurants, shops and malls nearby. They offer a free service to get to Pudong Airport, which is quite near and only takes around 20 minutes ride. We booked a smaller room since we were spending only one night there, but it was very comfortable for two people. The bed is wide, not very long but soft. The bathroom shower is very big and comfortable, and they supplied us with all the necessary, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap etc. The staff is amazing, very kind and ready to help. We did not have the chance to try their breakfast, but the restaurant's room is spacious and very well designed. We tried their flavored iced-coffe and we really enjoyed it. We reccommend to stay in this hotel.!

Breakfast was excellent. Also so confused shuttle bus service from hotel to Disney resort. You need to join we chat group, there are too noisy come to notifications but difficult understand. Staffs are really kindly and friendly. I wanna say thanks to Ting ting. And hotel manager Edwin. He got to arranged me my shipping. When go to Shanghai next time, I will be stay at this hotel again.

Family room not to big but design wise very nice. Bathroom design is also good modern design. Clean. Breakfast is pretty good. Location is very good if going to disney and as last transit to airport. Very Recommend.

We liked our stay in this hotel a lot, we even changed our second booking to stay here again. We do not know if it was so good because of low season or it is a usual one, but everything was excellent : cleaning , staff was helpful and super friendly, location convenient for this area , breakfast of good variety for western taste. So totally recommended👏🏻

The receptionist was veey helpful. The location is only 5-8 mins walk from the chuansha metro station. No complain.

Excellent location, very near metro and airport. Free shuttle to airport . Will stay again for next visit to Shanghai. Good for families with kids as it’s near Disney .

When we booked hotel, it said free shuttle, however it requires to book ahead of time. It was not clear when we book the hotel. We had to take a taxi to the hotel. Otherwise, good hotel not too far from Pudong airport.

Staff is very helpful, it's 5 mins walk from Metro station so you can go anywhere from here. Less options for Breakfast but still good.

Convenient location with shuttle buses to Pudong airport and Disney land. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And best coffee a hotel cafe can offer. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Good place for those who wish to visit Disneyland and go to airport. They have free shuttle bus service provided.

Amazing staying. Wasn’t even expecting to have such a nice experience. Good location to subway station, not far from Disney. Perfectly clean room, very quiet, no smoke smell. Front desk manager Coco was absolutely amazing with delivering the best service! Appreciate a lot!
