Best service for China so far. Love the friendliness and service - provides free laundry service (helps to wash and deliver back the room), supper, and breakfast.

Room was clean and nice. The air was very clean and the staff helped us in every way possible. The breakfast was delicous, would visit again.

Nice location. Not very far from the airport.
Breakfast is very nice with variety of choices.
Shuttle to the airport every hour.
Recommended.

great hotel and friendly staff. there's a pickup service from the airport and the room is new and clean.

Excellent service with friendly staff also has free shuttlw bus to pudong airport tbe service ks helpful and the mid night snack also good
