I stayed here during May Day holiday, it’s the perfect location. Located on Fuxing Middle Road, which is in the heart of the French concession, it’s really convenient. I went to Shanghai to visit friends and this apartment was great for a five day trip! The host was lovely and added my WeChat, communication was seamless and she was so accommodating and sent me a lot of information and was easily contactable throughout the trip. I would definitely stay again

Nice place to stay short time. Quite small, suitable for one traveler

This was a beautiful little home stay in the heart of Xuhui. I chose this for its proximity to my friend’s wedding venue which was only a 20 minute walk. It’s also near Fuxing Park where all of the nightclubs are stacked into a single large building. The only issues I had were with cleanliness and amenities, although they were minor. Cleanliness: the dishes were stacked together on the counter, but each dish still had a pool of water in them. I didn’t realize this until late into my first night. Also, the cleaner wore her outside shoes right into the unit after my checkout, meaning the floor was probably not sanitary during my check in. Amenities: No hand soap — only a container of hand sanitizer in the bathroom. I’m not a fan of hand sanitizer and would’ve preferred hand soap. Overall, it’s a great stay that I would certainly come back to. WARNING: This listing is weird because it’s a homestay/airbnb, and the host didn’t provide an address until I called and asked. She’s lucky I spoke Mandarin and had WeChat. Makes me wonder how she would provide these to a foreigner who can’t speak mandarin and doesn’t use wechat.

A fabulous place to stay and they can give fapiao which is so nice to be able to book a place that feels like a homestay and still get fapiao! :) A wonderful authentic Shanghai stay in a lane house but with modern features and a loft for cosy sleeping. Super responsive communication and all very easy and fun... Highly recommend for a couple or even just business travel...

The unit has everything you would need for short stay. Location is awesome with everything in walking distance. The functioning washing machine and heater in the room is a highlight. However, the cleanliness of the place is the worst I have ever stayed. Room has odor on arrival. Rubbish in the courtyard and a broken mirror. Except following their rules to use the toilet, the toilet became dysfunctioning during the stay. This made our stay very difficult near the end.

Amazing I hope to stay again

It's very good. I really like the atmosphere. It's hygienic and clean. The kitchen can be used if needed. Wet towel beds are specially prepared in the room. The sofas are very soft. The surrounding environment is also very beautiful. It's very pleasant to walk under the light and shadow of the phoenix trees. Every household in the alley They are all planted with flowers and plants. The last time I came to Shanghai, I was overwhelmed by my stay. This time, I really liked it so much. I will definitely stay here again. The next morning, it rained and I heard the sound of raindrops hitting the eaves. I thought it was wonderful. I am here because of my personal connection with the owner. Sorry for bothering you🥰

The location here is so good, it is very convenient for shopping. You can walk to Huanmao and Huaihai Middle Road. There are many cafes around, and check in at various Internet celebrity stores. The room is also good with a small yard. It is quite comfortable to sit outside if it is not raining.

The room was nice, it was a small loft structure, right outside Xiangyang South Road, and about 5 minutes walk from the internet-famous Yongjia Road. There were many places selling coffee, milk tea, and food on the street. In a small alley, I saw a restaurant called Weihuang Hotpot, which had a very long queue. We came out late, so we had to queue for 2 hours before we found out, and we even queued for an open-air seat in the alley. The room was highly recommended, except for the poor sound insulation, everything else was very good.

Not all listings are at the same address, so you need to contact the landlord before checking in. Because I need to go to Ruijin Hospital, this apartment is very close to Ruijin Hospital and convenient, about 10 minutes walk. The room is in an alley with a white door, which is relatively easy to find. The room is relatively small, acceptable, and relatively clean. The bed sheets and quilt covers are also changed. I checked in early and saw the aunt cleaning.

Very satisfied with the stay. My child came to the music college for an exam, and it only took about ten minutes to walk there. The landlord was very patient in answering questions throughout the whole process. The community is very quiet and clean. It's on the first floor, and it may be a bit humid when it rains. It's much better when the air conditioner is turned on. There is also a small fireplace in the room. It's quite nice, and there is a small yard. You can sit outside when the weather is good. It's just that the green plants need maintenance and care, and some leaves have turned yellow.
