Except for the location, which is perfect, there is nothing good about this place. I have been to a few serviced apartments in China already. This one is the worst by far! Dirty, smelly, with worn-out furniture, etc. Unless you are desperate, do not go for this place. I had to stay only 1 night, luckily.

Very good services near the subway station and malls

There are all kinds of miscellaneous/noise inside and outside the room, including the sound of the subway track, the crackling sound of the upstairs of the building, and the voice of the aisle on the same floor. The only advantage is that the hotel is located next to the Zhongshan Park subway station, which is full of traffic.

Overall it's good, all aspects are satisfactory. I like this hotel very much and will choose to stay there again if I have the chance.

Are the good reviews fake? You can stay at Home Inn at this price. I booked this hotel for convenience and because of the good reviews. It is close to the subway station. As a result, the room facilities are very old and cheap. The window cannot be closed. The handle falls off when you push hard. It is itchy to sleep in the quilt. You can only sleep in outer pants. The curtains are not light-blocking. The room is quite bright. The most unacceptable thing is the noise. The sound of the endless stream of cars outside is not heard by the electrical appliances in the room. It is impossible to sleep! I want to call the hotel, but I think it's too late at night.
