Excellent hotel. There is everything you need for your stay. The room is quite spacious. The staff is polite. It is clean, cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed. Very good shower. There are no European plugs in the sockets, but they gave us an adapter at the counter. Also, you can't connect to the Internet without a Chinese number, but the employee at the counter helped solve this issue and connect us. I especially want to praise the breakfasts. There are many delicious dishes, something new every day, you don't get bored. There is also a microwave to warm up food. It is very convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel ^^

The room was nice, the front desk staff was warm and polite, the hotel is very close to Caohejing Impression City, and it is very convenient to reach on foot. The subway entrance is at the intersection near the hotel, and there are many places to eat. It was a good stay. The employee Xiao Li was very good.

As soon as I entered the room, I felt very comfortable because the room looked very spacious. The price is very cost-effective in Shanghai. The room was also very clean. The TV was very big and I could see it clearly. The bathroom mirror can be lit, which I like very much. The windows are floor-to-ceiling windows, so I can see the scenery outside. With the sofa in the room, drinking a cup of hot tea from the hotel is really relaxing!

Reasonable price, room clean and tidy, bed comfortable and soft. I able ask to change the room for me as it’s with smoking smell. Front desk people is very helpful. Security is good as there's a guard there to monitor.

We had a pleasant stay at Baselite. The location is decent - there's no metro station very close, but there are 3 lines within 15 minutes. Check-in was a little tough with the language barrier, including lots of inspection and photos of visas that have nothing to do with China. There's an adequately-equipped gym, a yoga room that was hardly ever in use, and a shared kitchen where some of the longer-term residents seem to hang out. Each room also has a kitchen, but we were given no kitchen supplies whatsoever at the beginning - not even a cup or a set of chopsticks. Everything was clean and functional though. Can recommend.

They seem quiet but they are very helpful and kind. Especially the lady who cleaned my room everyday was extra kind and nice. I really thank her for being so caring! The reception does not speak english, but I had no problem communicating with them through translator^^

Still a solid hotel overall. The room was well equipped and the staff were friendly. Some of the facilities are starting to show their age, but nothing major yet.
