Great Hotel, we really enjoyed it. Fully equipped and luxury rooms - very clean too (nice river view). For birthday the reception organized cake and balloons for sons birthday - thanks a lot. We skipped breakfast, but made every day lunch (twice in the steak restaurant and three times in the buffet restaurant) in the hotel and the quality and variety is really 5*. We also went pool and gym daily - great too. Thanks to the hotel stuff for having great time, all were really kind and attentive. Our next stay in Shanghai will be definitely again JW Marriot Marquis. 👍

Lovely stay in such a group location. Breakfast buffet is easily the best I’ve had! The room overall was a little bit old school style, but the bed was super comfy and I had an amazing sleep.

The experience of the JW Marriott trip to Oriental Beauty Valley was unexpectedly great. First of all, the rooms are almost all lake view rooms, that is, the front faces the big lake and the back faces a slightly smaller lake. The so-called upgrade actually feels that the original room type is like this. The facilities in the house are relatively new, the spare parts are complete, and children's bathrobes are also prepared, which is practical for swimming. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning temperature is suitable. The only drawback is that the first round is not free. The hotel facilities include indoor children's playgrounds and outdoor playgrounds. Although they are relatively small, they are relatively clean, and there are exclusive sinks and children's toilets. The ventilation of the indoor playground is poor. The hotel swimming pool is also divided into indoor and outdoor. It is already quite cold outdoors. There is also a warm water pool indoors, which is very suitable for children. The staff at the swimming pool service desk are well received and will take the initiative to provide children's non-slip slippers. There are three restaurants and a lobby bar for catering. The afternoon tea provided by the lobby bar set meal is very ordinary, and none of the cakes are delicious. The Chinese restaurant is unexpectedly delicious, especially the wontons. Although there are many people at breakfast, because the staff are fully equipped, it is not messy and the dishes are replenished quickly, and the variety of dishes is in line with the brand. The hotel staff are very polite and it is a hotel that I might visit again.
