Pros: Staff are nice and very responsive. Quiet and safe environment. Washing/dryer machine👍. Great Lounge and Gymnasium. Free coffee and tea at reception! Close to public transport (bus stops at the door or couple of hundred meters away depending on your destination). Metro is far @1.2km. Same as for the ferry. Plenty of local restaurants and shops. A nice small Huma (hippo) supermarket ＜200m away. Cons: to the management, pls take it as a constructive feedback. For long stays (we stayed there almost a month), apartments kitchens are not properly equipped. A guest needs to buy cutlery, cups, bowls and etc. to be able to cook a decent meal. No sponge/ scrubber is provided to clean pans/pots after cooking (guess that previous guests end up scratching non stick surfaces as a result- we asked for new pan and cooking pot and were promptly given new sets🙏). The bathroom washbasin is a concrete basin with a flat bottom. Water would not completely drain after use - not hygienic. Overall, we would stay there again and would recommend staying there.

Great hotel. Big spacious room. As others have said, the cooling doesn't work great (pretty much no hotel I've been at in China gets rooms cold during winter, but I could get the temp to 23 degrees). Big TV, comfortable chair. There is a nice looking sound system, but I couldn't figure it out. Nice big bathtub. I found the Liquor Town bar my last night. Great pub... Reasonably priced drinks... Except for a can of soda water (48rmb). Not even special soda water. A cozy little place though... Just avoid the soda water. There are 2 little grassy areas in the hotel compound. Very nice. The indoor swimming pool looked nice, but I didn't go swimming this time. The gym also looked good. Room service... The food was good... But ordering was a pain. They have a qr code to scan to order.... But it didn't have the full menu and had items that were not on the menu. If you want to order room service. You have to call customer service, tell them you want to order. Then you hang up and room service calls you back... Sometimes you could tell them the food, other times you had to give the foods number.... I hope they come up with a unified way to order. Not many stores nearby, so if you need something, gotta use eleme or meituan. Patrick at the front desk was helpful! And unlike a lot of hotel staff members these days at other hotels, he did not ask for me to mention him or anything, which is great. Very close to the river park. That's the biggest bonus. I walked to the Mercedes Benz Arena along the river front. Anyway, I had a great stay and will definitely go back. Perfect for a little staycation.

The price of around 300 yuan in such a location is really YYD. The hotel is simply and stylishly decorated. There is a laundry room and a gym for free. The room is large enough and clean. I like the socket at the head of the bed. It is close and very convenient for charging. The takeaway is delivered to the door by a robot. The front desk has a strong sense of service. In short, it is cost-effective and very satisfied.

We stayed here in Jan 2024 and they accepted foreigners. Reception was super helpful when checking in, helped us get our luggage after a delayed plane. Overall the people were all very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were very clean, our room was perfect and no smoke smell. location is nearby to many restaurants and convenience stores. Only a 20 minute ride into downtown area. Good stay at a budget price, would recommend.

The hotel staff are very polite. I also washed my clothes in the washing machine. There are many kinds of breakfast. It is highly recommended! The black tea in this refrigerator is delicious! I want another bottle, hahahaha~

The service was quite good especially the check in process. They were super helpful in assisting with getting food delivered. The room was quite clean. There was not much to view from the window but given it was a one night stay, it was ok. Overall, a good experience.

It felt cramped, and there was hardly enough space to move around comfortably. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable leak in the bathroom, which was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about maintenance. Additionally, the room itself lacked adequate space. With two people sharing it, we felt cramped and had limited room to store our luggage. This made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped for. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the room that was hard to ignore. It detracted from the overall experience and made our time in the room less enjoyable. While the hotel had its merits, these issues with the bathroom size, leak, lack of space, and unpleasant odor were significant drawbacks that affected our overall satisfaction with the stay.

The hygiene is meticulous and clean, and the sheets and towels are white and new. I stayed for five days, and the cleaning and replenishment of supplies were done every day. Although the breakfast variety is not too much, it is fresh and rich, with both Chinese and Western hot and cold. Tea and coffee are also provided free of charge in the lobby. The staff is of high quality, enthusiastic service, and responsive. The most attractive thing is that it is adjacent to the Binjiang Greenway. You can see the most beautiful night view of the Huangpu River in three minutes on foot. The beautiful Binjiang Greenway is also a great choice for walking, cycling and leisure. It is a certain distance from the bus station and subway station, but it can be completely ignored in terms of beautiful scenery and excellent cost performance. I will come again.
