This hotel is incredibly convenient, right next to my home. The front desk area and the hotel's design are both beautiful and elegant. They even upgraded our room for free! The room was very spacious, and the pointed roof made it feel even larger, almost like being in Southeast Asia. A great experience overall.

The service from Xiaogai at the front desk was so warm and professional! Every time we saw her, she had a big smile. She handled our check-in quickly and efficiently, and even thoughtfully informed us about the diverse breakfast options, going out of her way to reserve a table for us. The breakfast was indeed rich and delicious, and Xiaogai's enthusiastic service truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommended!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. It was quiet, clean, and the breakfast was good too. I didn't give full marks for service because when I checked in, I had booked a king room, but the front desk gave me a family room without informing me. This meant I had to go into the room and then come back out to change rooms, which was particularly inconvenient as it was late at night and I was very tired.
