I repeated the hotel stay for more two days through trip.com. It gave me the option to rebook the same room and in fact i was charged lower fees as compare to the first time booking. I got very happy that i was offered discount for rebooking and rebooked it, but i felt cheated very next moment as right after booking when i was told by the hotel staff that i have offered the lower category room this time by trip.com. After arguing they made me pay the difference amount of CNY 144 to stay in the same room. Thus i realized that trip.com has cheated on me.

It's my first time staying at Tuke China Hotel. The experience is good. The transportation is convenient and it's just a few minutes away from the subway entrance. It's very convenient to eat. There is a restaurant downstairs. The room is clean and there is an air purifier in the room. The washing machine in the laundry room is fully functional and can disinfect and dry. It's great. There is a large lobby at the front desk.
