Hotel service is very good, the front desk lady and brother have a good service attitude! The little brother also helped us with our luggage. The hotel environment is also very good, the living is very comfortable, the transportation subway is also very convenient. It is also very convenient to eat nearby! ! Very close to the North Bund! ! !

I will not stay in this hotel again. I chose a hotel with a better environment at the same price, and the room was not upgraded

It was my first time in Shanghai. I booked this hotel based on the recommendation of my friends. I was really satisfied. First of all, the location is really good. It is close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel and not far from the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Bund. Secondly, the service at the front desk of the hotel is really considerate. I came a little early and the hotel room had not been cleaned yet, so I had to wait for a while. The front desk lady thoughtfully prepared lemonade and small cherry tomatoes. There was also freshly ground coffee in the business area at the front desk. She also thoughtfully helped me connect to WiFi. This service attitude really makes people feel very thoughtful. After dinner at night, I went to the front desk. The service staff told me that the night view of the riverside can be enjoyed not far from the hotel. It was really beautiful when I saw it. Since I had to go somewhere else the next day, I had to set off early in the morning. The self-service laundry room on the second floor of the hotel was in use. I asked the waiter to help wash and dry the clothes at night. The itinerary of the next day was not delayed at all. Because we had to go out early, breakfast started at 7 o'clock. We went to ask the aunt to help get something to eat at 6:30. She was very considerate of us and gave us yogurt to drink on the way. This trip to Shanghai was really great! ! ! ! I also strongly recommend this hotel. Home Inn is really getting better and better! (Here are the photos of the walk)

The hotel staff was friendly and spoke some English. The rooms were small but despite that the set up was nice and had what we needed and I would stay there again. The location is a about a 25 minute car ride from most popular places in Shanghai in traffic. There was not many amenities in the room if you like to have extra stuff .

we enjoyed stay there. the service was great and the location was very good too. it's close to downtown like the bund, shanghai museum, nanjing road, shanghai tower,etc. if i had any other chance to visit shanghai i'll stay here again.

Classic-styled hotel. Clean and spacious room. Some dust on some surface but acceptable, met chinese standard. Got upgraded to higher room type. Cleaning was done everyday. 4 bottle of water provided (family room for 3 people). Body soap and shampoo provided in very small bottle which was not quite enough but they were refilled everyday. King bed was larger than standard and very comfortable. Pillows were too soft, need to put 2 of them together. Shower and toilet area were too dark, not enough light. The refrigerator was not working. View was fantastic (17th floor). Sometimes cigarette smell came from air-condition. Breakfast was good, variety of food and changed everyday. Staffs can speak English and had very good service mind. Lots of shops and restaurants at Raffles city opposite of the Hotel. Metro station was only 7 mins walk. Overall was very good, met 4.5 star standard.

I stayed here for 1 day and found everything very new, the garden was beautiful and there was a cute cat. But my room is a bit dark, has no windows and it's quite difficult to breathe, but I usually go out to play and only come back to sleep at night so that doesn't affect me. 4.9/5

Really nice hotel. Great location and near a lot of attractions. I found value in staying here due to the convenience of near by attractions but I chose to eat outside of the hotel because the prices are high. The bar drinks were not good and made with very little alcohol and far too much ice. High price as well. There happened to be some famous actor staying at the hotel and security blocked access to a couple floors so I couldn't access the elevator to get to my room after check in so that was really annoying. Eventually I was able to get to the room and it was nice. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A bit small but nice none the less.

Breakfast is good including local and continental options. Location is excellent. Close to all major attractions .lots of local restaurants, Family mart and Lawson nearby. Room size and daily house keeping is perfect. Laundry room available with washing machines and dryers and open for all. Front desk is very efficient, helpful and can speak English.
