The bathroom has a care package with cotton pads. The quality of disposable slippers is also very good. The room is also equipped with a scale. The sanitation is also very clean. In terms of the environment, the hotel is located on the southwest side of Shangnan Cultural Square, with convenient surrounding transportation and a garden-style design. The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with independent balconies. Some room types offer quiet garden or mountain views. When checking in, you can also walk through the corridor to experience the courtyard landscape. The overall atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has complete facilities, including a spa, gym, tennis courts, etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided in public areas, which is suitable for self-driving tourists or business people to relax.
However, the breakfast experience has been repeatedly criticized. Although the hotel advertises that it has a rich breakfast variety, actual guests reported that the dishes were monotonous and in short supply, especially during peak hours (such as after 8 o'clock) where there might be ”leftovers”. One guest even mentioned that ”there was not much left when we arrived at 8:40”. The breakfast content was evaluated as ”not refined enough”, which was inconsistent with the hotel's four-star positioning, and the buffet at 30 yuan per person was not cost-effective. In addition, there are problems with service details. For example, some guests believe that the attitude of the front desk staff is not professional enough and does not match the hotel's high-end image."

"I saw bad reviews on the Internet before, but I was a little unreliable, but after I arrived at the destination, all my concerns were swept away. The whole yard is very large, one step at a time, the environment is quiet, and the room is very clean. The persimmon trees, white houses and friendly staff in the park all made me feel like I was back to my village life when I was a child. Next to the river view, there is a waterfall not far away, and it can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. The temperature difference is big recently, but there are enough clothes. Sitting in the yard at night enjoying the moon, listening to the gurgling water eating barbecue, all the fatigue is dissipated at this moment. It is very convenient to be ten minutes away from the Jinsixia Grand Canyon. There are not many people who get up early and eat breakfast at the hotel to go to the scenic spot. Not a trust, I'm going to bring my kids next summer."

Service: The check-in efficiency at the front desk is very high, and it is surprising that this hotel in the county does not charge a deposit. The front desk is also very polite and always very enthusiastic to inform about the relevant things. The recommended niche tourist attractions are also very good.
Hygiene: The room is equipped with disposable slippers, toilet pads, paper cups, paper drawings, rolls of paper, which makes people feel at ease. The room is cleaned and recommended.

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the air conditioning was easy to use, the parking was convenient, the night was very quiet, the boss was very enthusiastic, and the two of us were picked up. Going to the scenic spot, it’s very labor-saving to go down to the top of the mountain. When I walked to Maqiquan, I called the boss. The boss came to Ludumen to pick it up. It saved time and effort. The proprietress’s cooking was delicious. There was a pavilion next to the villa and a small river. The environment was good."
