Really nice hotel. The room was actually above expectation. For such a low price its really a deal you should not miss. There is even relaxing music when you start the shower. For information : I took the double queen size room. The distance from the train station is 17min by walk but its an easy walk on your way you can grab some streetfood on 上饶路(Shangrao road)。

The room was pretty good and very close to Shangrao High-speed Railway Station, but we arrived too late and there was no pick-up service. It was too close to take a taxi and no one was willing to take the order. A car was sent to the station the next day and the service was good. Breakfast was not bad.

As we purposely chose to stay near Shangrao Railway Station for train travel purposes, for us the location was great as it was only a short 10min walk away (just make sure you know how to navigate). The food offerings in the surrounding area of the hotel is nonexistent so make sure that you pay for the breakfast buffet which was plentiful with a standard Chinese selection and a limited continental choice (see photos). It’s about a 30 yuan 20 minute taxi ride (get a Didi taxi or hail the several that are parked outside) to the city centre proper if you are heading there (less than 10km). Room was clean and the staff were professional.

The hotel was introduced as a popular hotel on the Internet, so we booked it. We found that it was not very practical when we checked in. The lighting was dim, and we couldn't see clearly whether the hotel items were clean. We wore glasses and observed carefully to find that the hotel facilities were relatively old and the hygiene was average. The toilet cover did not match the toilet, there were marks, the towels were black and dirty, and there were unclean marks on the walls. In particular, the bathtub was very small, and it felt like it was used by children. When you sit in it, your upper body is almost outside, and it is too small to turn around. It is worth praising that the two girls at the front desk were very patient when we checked in. They took us to see the room in person and patiently helped us change rooms. There are washing machines and drying rooms on the 5th floor of the main building of the hotel, but you need to ask yourself. It is very troublesome for us who live opposite the main building. The surrounding environment is OK, but the traffic is not convenient. The surrounding areas are one-way streets. If you drive accidentally, you will cross the entrance of the parking lot. We are in the parking lot in reverse. The parking space is particularly tight. In short, it is inconvenient for the elderly. The room sits very low and the table is slightly high, which is uncomfortable.

Overall, I feel that this hotel is pretty good. ① There are sofas for rest in the lobby, and there is also tea, which is very convenient for travelers who don't like to boil water in the room. ② The family room was booked for 4 people. The area is a bit small, but the space for activities is not very large. ③ The design of the hotel room is quite unique. There is a sink on the right hand side of the door. ④ The bathroom has a dry and wet separation. I like the wood-grain tiles. It is simple and modern. ⑤ There are two different types of pillows on the bed. ⑥ Two breakfast coupons were given, and you can go to the restaurant on the first floor for dinner. The soup noodles tasted average, and the noodles were easy to clump, but the variety was diverse. At first, I couldn't get through to the front desk service, so I went downstairs to ask for two pairs of slippers. Later, I added the customer service WeChat, and I got a prompt reply when I had any questions. Thumbs up!

The location is very good, next to Wanda Plaza, it is very convenient to eat, there is a large wetland park in front, it is also nice to walk around, and it is close to the museum. The room is quite large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and is fully equipped, the bedding is also good, the hardness is appropriate, the sound insulation is very good, and it is quiet when sleeping at night. It is a star hotel worth recommending.

I took my parents on a trip during the National Day holiday and booked this homestay. It was unexpectedly great. Mingsuku is very close to Wangxian Valley. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean and sanitary. The owner and his family are very friendly. The Langqiao Restaurant next door tastes good. We got up early and the owner made a hearty breakfast for us. We can also get flags and hats for free. I recommend it to everyone. One of the only hotels inside Wangxiangu. However for the price I expect a bit more. The front desk staff weren't even able to help us book transportation tickets or give us any info for onward travel. Rooms were nice but we got placed in a room near the reception and it didn't have any of the vibes that you hope to get while staying inside Wangxiangu. The gardenia scented toiletries were amazing! They do provide transportation up from the Visitor Center to Reception. Be aware that the rooms are all up on the hill while all the main activities are down near the river.
