Shangrao Hotels with Gym

Stayed in two rooms for two consecutive nights 1. Clean and hygienic, comfortable bedding and good sound insulation 2. Next to Wanda Plaza, there are many different restaurants and large supermarkets 3. Front desk staff are polite and efficient 4. The breakfast is sumptuous and very memorable

This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

The hotel is not far from Shangrao Station. It takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, which is very convenient. Diagonally opposite is the Hongguoshu Restaurant, where you can enjoy local Jiangxi cuisine. There are also supermarkets, coffee shops, snack bars, etc. around the hotel. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The aunt in the restaurant is also very warm and polite. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded me to an executive king room. The room was very clean. The room I stayed in faced the street. Because the room was on a high floor, the night view outside the window was beautiful at night. Atour in Shangrao is really worth recommending. I will stay here again next time I come to Shangrao.

The door was deformed and difficult to close. There was a smell when entering the room. It couldn't be dissipated even if the window was opened or the air conditioner was turned on. The window was facing the window of the residential building, and the privacy environment was extremely poor. The room was also very small, and there were mold spots on the walls. The environment was much worse than that of Atour in other cities. We stayed during the May Day holiday. The breakfast yogurt was No. 4 or 9. I told the aunt that it would expire soon, and the aunt said that there were still a few days left. 😅 If I have to say the advantages, the service of other staff is still very enthusiastic. The location is relatively convenient, and there is a pedestrian street outside. Other things are really average

The size of the hotel is not small, there are quite a lot of rooms, it is located in a busy city, the transportation is convenient, there is a commercial plaza not far away, and there is a collection of delicious food. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. It is a pity that the hotel has insufficient parking spaces, and the bathroom and bathroom in the standard room are too small.

It's a nice hotel with a nice big balcony and nice rooms. Breakfast tasted great too. Let's start with the shortcomings. The breakfast environment can be improved. For example, the tables and chairs are changed to double tables instead of round countertops, and the lighting is dim. I forgot my room card at the dining table, and the front desk asked me to go back and get it myself. If I didn't have it, I would be fined. (The result was delivered after I called the restaurant at my request) The front desk's request was reasonable. After all, it was the guest's own problem. But such a cold reply shows that humans are worthless, and robots can be used to replace humans.

The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

I heard that it was the first five-star hotel in Shangrao city. I came from out of town on a business trip and booked it after seeing good online reviews. I felt very grand as soon as I entered the lobby. The waiters greeted me politely and offered help. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic and introduced me to the hotel's facilities. Breakfast is served at the buffet on the 4th floor. There is a gym swimming pool on the 5th floor. The swimming pool is constant temperature and the water quality is very good. Clean and friendly to me who loves fitness. The elevator requires a swipe card to enter, which made me feel very safe. I tried the hotel buffet dinner that night. The dishes were rich and fresh, with unlimited seafood. It was a good deal at 138 yuan per person. The buffet breakfast the next day didn't disappoint me either. There were many kinds of local snacks. The view outside the room is very good, the environment is beautiful, the sanitation and air-conditioning refrigeration effects are also good, and fruit and afternoon tea coupons are given as a gift. It is cost-effective and worth staying!

I chose this place as the location for my work trip is relatively close to the hotel. The hotel lobby is bright and has no odor. The smell of aromatherapy is not too pungent {sometimes I work on the first floor}. Personally, I think the check-in experience is okay. I am a pillow bumper. As for the sleepy players, I am quite satisfied with the service provided by the hotel staff. They are very professional and the daily meals are very convenient. There is a Wanli Shopping Center nearby, only a 5-minute walk away. I will choose this hotel again for subsequent business trips.
