Great room with a great view. Customer service was super helpful. Belle was very informative on all the questions we had.

Unique experience worth trying at-least once ! The hotel is in an amazing location and it’s extremely beautiful ! This was a very special stay for us We were a bit skeptical based on the reviews , but it exceeded all our expectations by miles ! We booked a room facing the mountain view and it didn’t disappoint at all ! The room was very cozy and comes with stacked up mini bar , Evian water , Coffee capsules , projector , fruits. During the evening time they put up some chocolates , fruits , tea and water for the guests to enjoy and it was a nice touch :) Staff were friendly and accommodating , special thanks to 叶晓倩&唐臣金 for all the care and support

Staying at the cliff side was not as interesting as it seems. A lot of climbing to be done. It is not advisable if one has a lot of luggage. Porters are difficult to get. We were allocated to a horrible room having the main road that was full of construction and another window facing rocks right in front with no views to talk about. After much complaints, we were changed to a better facing room. Can’t imagine paying this much for rooms like that, will not recommend.

No lights outside rm at the staircase. My husband had a fall just outside the rm. Very bad service. Never took our face recognise so when we walk down the stairs unable to enter back in.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had an amazing experience. You should experience it at least once.

Experience staying at the hotel for 2 nights with my husband. The staff named Belle was attentive throughout the trip 😍 When I had any questions, she always answered all the way through the message (wechat). Staying at the hotel, I got to wear a Chinese dress and take 5 free photos. The facilities in the room were good, but the room price was so high, it should be bigger. But overall, I was very impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service of housekeeper Xiao Su was very thoughtful and enthusiastic. Our room was on the top of the cliff. The Wangxian Valley on a rainy day had a different mood. The air was good and the scenery was beautiful. Facilities: 5 points Hygiene: 5 points Environment: 5 points Service: 5 points

The night view of the scenic spot is quite good, and the butler Xiaohong’s service is also very considerate. It’s a great experience.

It's OK, the most praiseworthy thing is the service. The room is just average, especially the sound insulation is so poor, you can hear the conversation in the corridor clearly. The scenic spot is still admirable.

The experience after staying in Wangxian Valley Scenic Area is good👍 We arrived at the scenic area on the evening of the 27th, and it happened to rain☔️ To be honest, I was in a general mood at the time, and checked in with a simple process. The room type I stayed in was a bit unsatisfactory, so I asked the hotel to see if it could be changed. I thought the staff would be perfunctory, but the result was far beyond my expectations. There was a service butler who was very impressive. He ran up and down in the rain to take me to choose a room. I didn’t have any complaints throughout the whole process. He was very patient in introducing it to me, and finally took me to a very satisfactory room [Hey ha] He also introduced us to the scenic route and places to eat [Victory] Her service is very good (her name is, Xiaole) [Handshake][Handshake] Half of the experience of this trip comes from her service [strong][strong] Great, must be a five-star praise [jump jump]

The service was good. We were upgraded to a large room. The cliff view was very good, and the night view in the scenic area was also very good! There was also white wine and drinks, and three cosmetic bags! There is also a shuttle bus in the scenic area!

The room is OK, the view is nice, especially the service of the housekeeper Xiaohong is superb! Although the price is a bit expensive, it does not affect the good mood. I experienced the fun of Xuanya Hotel. Come again next time!

A very unusual, beautiful place. Valley, hotels on the slopes. This hotel has a lift, is located near the reception. The room is beautiful, view of the mountains and the waterfall. The room has everything you need: bathroom accessories, tea and coffee (encapsulated in a coffee machine) and welcome fruits with sweets. I recommend coming for 1 or 2 nights. In the afternoon, walk along the illuminated paths-crossings. Very colorful lighting, like in a fairy tale. And the next day, walk along the streets, take pictures. Everything is done with such love, such work has been put into this valley. Very beautiful.
