Great location, only 100m to Dukezhong ancient city and able to appreciate the local ******* culture. There are plenty of food shops preparing tasty local ******* cuisines. Very helpful counter staff to share with us in Mandarin to take the local bus #3 to the ******* temple and bus #12 to the Napa grassland respectively. Great value for money as the room allocated to me has direct view of the Great wheel and temple on Tortoise Hill.

Great location for visiting Shangri-la by walking. Also very close to the main attractions! Very friendly and nice people. Totally recommend it!

Good location, right opposite the ancient city Dukezong, the room decoration is very nice - Tibet style.
The staff is not that responsive, slow action, and their faces look not that welcoming when the guest checkin.

Very friendly and helpful service. Location was just 5mins to dukezong ancient town and a few halal eateries nearby.
Only thing is the bathroom has water retention everytime we use the toilet
The heater in the bathroom is not warm enough only cold air so everytime you take a shower its freezing cold.

The hot tea at hotel front office is awesome. Every time when I back the hotel, I always drink the tea. Warming body , n good taste. Although the hotel a little bit old, but the price is good. The towel n bed sheet is clean n new. No smoking smell in the room.
Location is good, in the big street. Easy to find. Car pooling driver can drop me in front of the hotel, so I wasn't tired to pull the luggage. Beside the hotel there is a small restaurant, price is good , suitable portion ( not big portion ) n the owner is very friendly.
Hotel closed to ancient city.
Staff hotel also friendly n very helpful. I stayed 3 nights here.

Receptionist superb nice..
when she see I'm in not good condition (lack of oxygen, even unable to stand well. She initiative to give 1st aid, which appreciate a lot 🙏🥰
