We went out during the Dragon Boat Festival. We felt very good as soon as we entered the hotel. The facilities were excellent. When checking in, one person was busy and the other came to greet us jogging. We experienced the service of VIP guests. The floor attendant enthusiastically explained which rooms were free and which were at their own expense, and reminded us that the free ones could be added at any time. Special thanks to Ms. Ren in the hot spring female area and Ms. Zhu Yanjuan in the hot spring indoor area. The service was considerate and thoughtful, and they always paid attention to changing dry bath towels. Ms. Zhu also kindly reminded us when there were waves in the wave pool, and the children had a lot of fun. The small pool in the hot spring area has a good environment. Another pot of tea is a wonderful hot spring trip. I will go again in the future. The home-cooked dishes in the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel taste very good and the price is reasonable, which is also a point that attracted us.

We checked into the Forest Hot Spring Hotel on May 25. The customer flow was a little less than during the May Day holiday, but the service experience was better. Every employee we met took the initiative to greet us, was very enthusiastic, and gave us welcome fruit. Sister Zhu in the pool area was still very enthusiastic, helping to prepare free drinks, and was afraid that we would catch a cold, so she took the initiative to help change the dry bath towel several times, and even recorded a video for us.
