I was very satisfied with the whole trip. Although it is the earliest Clubmed in China, the service and food quality are absolutely online. From the check-in arrangement to the daily skiing process, everything was very smooth. The most amazing thing is the attitude of the service staff, from the front desk to the coaches to the management staff, they all have a smile on their faces. What is even more amazing is the hotel activities every night. Even if you work during the day, you can still maintain full energy to perform at night. And any problems will be solved quickly. Thanks to our exclusive housekeeper Miss Jen for her warm hospitality. The whole ski vacation was very relaxing and comfortable, and the children also fell in love with skiing. Looking forward to coming again next time

去年和朋友一起來滑雪在這住過，這次是帶朋友來這邊泡温泉又選擇了這裏，去熊貓館和温泉都挺方便，酒店後門出去就有有上山的纜車，就是現在來的早點還沒下雪，不過從房間窗户能看到雪場，感的比較巧看到了雪道在冒白煙，應該是在造雪修整雪道吧😍，還是下完的雪沒留住被蒸發了😂等過幾天下雪了再來，去滑雪就更方便了。

The hotel is on the top of the mountain, so it is super convenient to book a reservation at Sunshine Ski Resort. The scenery and environment are not to mention, and the cable car is very pleasant to go up and down the mountain. Eating is okay, but there are not many choices. Breakfast is one for each person, including an egg, a steamed bun, a bowl of porridge and side dishes. If you don't have enough steamed buns, you can add more. Please be careful when booking a room. Their pictures are mixed together, including photos of suites in standard rooms, which can easily be misleading.

The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

The hotel has an elegant and pleasant environment, spacious and bright rooms, clean and tidy, complete facilities and well-maintained, and every detail shows the hotel's pursuit of high quality. In terms of catering, whether it is a rich buffet breakfast or exquisite dinner dishes, fresh ingredients are used to cook delicious dishes to satisfy our taste buds. A special mention goes to the ladies at the reception who went above and beyond, assisting with our activity bookings and arranging a complimentary drop-off at Yabuli station. The hotel's superb food further enhanced the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel restaurant staff deserves a commendation too – they are exceptionally nice and friendly, ensuring they genuinely enhance our overall stay with their warm and welcoming service.

I’m not in the habit of reviewing reviews, but this time I stayed at a hot spring hotel in Yabuli for two days. I liked it because of the hot spring aspect. In Harbin at the end of December, there were so many outdoor hot springs in the snow and ice. The hotel actually has a large indoor and outdoor hot spring. The key point is the service. I was taking my wife and kids out to play. The waiter saw my kid with a gentle smile and asked if I could give him a swimming ring. After a while, the waiter came over again and asked if the towels were wet. He gave us two dry ones. Once again, the warm-hearted service was not finished. After a while, another pot of hot tea was delivered. It was so considerate. I thought that if every hotel in our country could provide such high-quality service, it would be called a truly great country-style service attitude. A big man couldn't bear to ask the two beautiful waiters their names. One was Gao and the other was Zhu. Thank you for taking care of me. It's a pity that I don't have any photos of the hotel on my phone. They are all on my wife's phone.

It is said that the boss is a designer. No wonder the design is so cultural. The first phase is rich and lively, the house numbers are Taishan stone, and the room names are the earthly branches Zi, Chou, Yin, and Mao... The second phase house numbers are made of old Soviet flooring, and the names are Three Character Classic. It is said that the third phase is the main body of Tao Te Ching. I hope I will have the opportunity to experience it next time. Their wooden villas are also very good. There is a lake opposite, and it is said that you can go fishing!

Apartment-style hotel, the room is big and warm. As a southerner, I felt the hospitality of the people in the Northeast. The check-in aunties led me to the room. I was not cold even in short sleeves in the room. There are restaurants downstairs, so it is very convenient to eat. The hotel also provides a car to take me to skiing. I will stay here again next time!
