真的沒有遇到過那麼差的公寓，第一點房間沒有安全性已經給我入住，出去玩了一圈回來，就有新的人住進去。問對方是公寓安排的入住還給我看了房號，密碼。第二點聯繫公寓的人永遠聯繫不上，發訊息打電話都不回，聯繫發了十幾條訊息，打了五六個電話，半小時後才姍姍來遲。一句不好意思抱歉也沒有：處理方式換個房間，就説情況去了解下第三點到最後退房也沒有給一個解釋；就算換一個房間一整夜睡也睡不着就怕公寓又莫名其妙把房間開給別人；第四點十二點後就沒有前台服務，房間沒有毛巾聯繫人又聯繫不上真的是無語！服務和安全保障都根本不到位！單單把安排給我的房間，在次安排其他人，就嘔了，enmm避雷避雷避雷！

以前住過他們家覺得還可以，這次又訂了，但這次非常失望，長途跋涉凌晨快一點到，因為店家給的密碼錯誤導致無法入住，微信和可以在平台找到的電話都聯繫了，都無法聯繫到商家，最後衹能找到攜程客服才能找到商家，在門口站了半個鍾，本來就很疲憊進去房間卻還有上一手住户的垃圾沒清掃乾淨，桌子底下有飲料瓶，淋浴室有煙頭，冰箱裏麪發黴。因為訂了兩晚，所以在隔天中午就跟商家説清理垃圾和補日用品，商家也回覆説好，結果晚上十一點多回來什麼都沒搞，東西也沒補。找了攜程客服他們才慢悠悠的送來了一部分東西，浴巾和飲用水都沒拿來要討才又去拿過來。連垃圾都不清走，衹給了垃圾袋要住户自己清，有史以來真住到這麼差的。
