Very old hotel which needs upgrading. The toilet in the master bedroom was clogged. We told the front desk while we were going out and upon return, it was fixed.

The room was clean and I like how they provided slippers for the bathroom area. The hotel staff kindly extended our check out time for free as well. Location is also perfect and near the Longyan South food street. Great stay overall!

The hotel is very decent, especially for the price. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and facilities within the room were good! Had a very good stay. Thank you to all the staff for being so great 🤗

I have never seen such a shabby hotel. Why did the price suddenly increase to 800-1000 yuan/room/night during the National Day last year? The service attitude of the front desk staff was very poor and impatient. The facilities in the room were not complete. The equipment was shabby and the sanitary conditions were worrying. The quilt was dark and yellow with holes, and it was a different color from the pillow. The skin started to itch and rash the next day. I regretted not bringing a quilt cover. The experience was very bad! The surrounding area is just like this, you can see the pictures for yourself.

The hotel is in a good location, only minutes away from Longyan Food Street, and it is very convenient to go to small parks and other attractions. There are many delicious foods around, the room facilities are very good, and the front desk also gave breakfast coupons. It is worth recommending!

Checked in at the Chaoshan Park, every photo is really impressive, I like the retro flavor of Shantou, the location of the hotel is super good, it is very close to everywhere, the environment and facilities are good, it is a very cost-effective hotel, anyway, I highly recommend it, I will stay there next time.

Very good hotel with large rooms, good lighting, bright facilities, free parking and convenient travel. I highly recommend it. Shantou is really a super fun and delicious city. I will definitely come again next time.

The room is nice and big, but the hygiene can be further improved. When we checked in, we saw the room attendant cleaning the carpet in other rooms, which was really good. We felt relieved to see the carpet being cleaned with our own eyes.
