I booked this hotel during the Chinese Valentine's Day and called the hotel to see if they could help with the decoration. Unexpectedly, they upgraded the room with a bathtub for free. As the most upscale and most expensive hotel in Chaonan District. What a shame! The price of 1288 is really a pit. The facilities are outdated, and my room on the 7th floor was full of oily smoke at night. I don't know where it came from. Service staff lack of training, no sense of service! I ordered a Niuhe, but there was no chili when it was delivered, so I called and asked for a plate of chili sauce. The person who answered the phone first taught me a lesson, saying why he didn't tell the bad waiter in advance that he had to run again. I wanted to start scolding, but just think about the New Year's Eve. Do you not understand the truth that the customer is God? What's more, does Niuhe without chili sauce have a soul? Don't you understand?

回到老家，入住這家老牌的五星級酒店。前台人員得知我們是喜事要下聘，安排了好的房號給我們。有特殊要求告知銷售部的徐經理，對方特意去借了小圓桌和紅布給我們去擺東西。退房前還點了中餐廳的紅丸湯，口味很好，酒店的服務都很棒。

酒店是中規中矩的星級酒店，大堂豪華，服務盡責。介紹説是老酒店，但酒店內設施並不老舊，保養較好。房間適中、舒適。早餐相當豐富！

做為潮陽當地首家星級酒店，入住體驗舒適，前台Lisa給我升級房型；房間還會有送水果點心；晚上還會安排甜品讓我工作了一天的疲憊有了個温馨的港灣和舒適休息的空間退房時因為有事耽誤，Carl主動給我延遲退房時間，真的是周到！很贊[強]

各方麪條件也還好，最方便是地面停車場車位很方便，而且還有充電樁車位，充電費也很合理，房費是連早餐的，但沒有吃，所以不清楚水平，房間內有茶葉茶具，但也沒用，所以不知道品質好不好。

第2次入住這個酒店，首先説一下酒店的位置。附近吃喝還是比較多的。如果覺得附近不是很方便，可以騎共享電瓶車。這個城市最好的就是有共享電瓶車，到哪兒去都很方便。 房間真的很大。房間的床墊真的很舒服。一點也不軟。而且服務人員很好。晚上還給了糖水。

很滿意的一次入住體驗，訂了5間房，訂了房後會有客服主動聯繫，確認客人對房間有什麼需求，因本人是攜程黑鑽會員，有免費升級房型的權利，所以告知需要升級，還為外賓選一下好的房間，謝謝Linda和Carl幫我們升級到行政房，非常感謝！

汕頭中高檔酒店，環境衞生好，距汕頭南站17分鐘車程。周邊是商品樓住宅小區，離潮陽鬧市區約3公里。附近有公交站。
