Good breakfast and cafe environment nice. The location is not very convenient. The down side was the indoor pool closed for renovation and was not informed during our booking.

Good hotel, Well maintained, Camille and Aven were helpful and knows english, Location is nice with clean rooms and all amenities in room. One advice, can add more vegetarian options in breakfast.

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel room is spacious and clean. If you want to stay in non smoking room, can request for floor# 15. The only slightly bad point their breakfast. They were serving the same variety throughout my 5 nights days which was kind of boring for me.

Excellent hotel, lobby very welcoming and helpful. Staff can speak English if necessary. Starbuck just downstairs, restaurant in the building, convenience store just downstairs. Room very clean and good amenities. Quiet. Perfect for business trips. To be recommended. If you need to buy more groceries, the a small hall with a supermarket at walking distance. Not many restaurants around the area. Great for visiting factories in the Chenghai area.

The accommodation experience at Chenghai Mengshi Kailai Hotel was quite poor, and it was not worthy of its name! When the door of the room was opened, there was a feeling of dampness and mold, and the quilt did not feel very dry when sleeping at night. It felt that even the four-star service level was not enough! When checking in, because I was with my children, I wanted to add a bed. After asking, the front desk insisted that the extra bed would cost 300 yuan per night. This management team really wanted to rip off customers, which was too bad! That night, a twin room was only more than 510 yuan, but the extra bed cost 300 yuan, which is not even required for a five-star hotel! The quality of the breakfast was very average, and there were no local snacks or dishes. The service staff on site couldn't even make a bowl of beef soup rice noodles! Quite disappointed! I will definitely not come to this hotel next time.
