This is the first time I have reviewed a hotel after living there for so many years. Here is my experience with this hotel:
First: When I opened the door, there were cockroaches running all over the floor.

The room is relatively new, but actually much smaller than the advertised 43m2. It felt very crowded for a family of 4.
