The hotel is located in the city centre. Staff is nice and friendly.

An excellent hotel choice in an amazing location. It's a newer property with a very clean and comfortable room, walkable outside the hotel.. It's a nice place to stop.

It is close to the city, which is OK. The price-performance ratio is not very high this time. Xinghewan is only 650, and here is 500. The price difference was quite large when I lived there before.

The lobby of the hotel is gorgeously decorated and it's close to transportation. The takeaway guys in the room delivered it quickly. Apart from the slightly higher price, there are no other shortcomings. The variety of breakfast on the second day was good. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

The room was very nice, but the service was very bad, which made me very angry. They called us to check out at 12 o'clock the next day. In addition, they asked us to deduct some money from the 500 yuan deposit? The floor was dirty because of a party with friends on New Year's Eve, but it was all dry garbage. There was no need to clean the carpet. The most hateful thing was that they called me but I didn't answer. They didn't call me later. Today, they directly deducted my 200 yuan deposit without any communication or notification.

The overall environment of the room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. One night when I was taking a shower, yellow muddy water suddenly came out of the water pipe. It was very dirty. After waiting for an hour, there was no normal water supply. The hotel did not notify the hotel staff at all. I went to the hotel service desk to contact the staff. But they were evasive and didn't respond, and in the end they didn't explain. I felt so bad and disappointed that I would never stay again!

This time I stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and one living room to celebrate my family’s birthday. The hotel staff was very helpful in setting up the decoration. Thank you very much. I won't talk about the soundproofing, no civilian hotel can have perfect soundproofing. The only thing I want to complain about is the shower water. The cold water is fine, but the hot water is dirty. The wash basin is also very yellow. I told the staff in the morning, and they said that I just need to run the water because they were working on some water pipes. I told them about it after running the water for 10 minutes in the morning. The water was still yellow, so I told them about it. Then I was not in the hotel during the day, and when I came back at night, the water was still getting yellower and yellower. Then I ran the water for an hour before it became less yellow, but it was still yellow, and you could still see the color. I asked them to change rooms, but they said that the water in that room was not so yellow, which means that the water was still dirty. So there was not a single room in the whole hotel with clean shower water or wash basin water. I really just wanted to take a shower and have a sleep, but I said I wanted to change rooms, but the water in the room I found was still yellow. It was a waste of my time. I was really looking forward to taking a shower and washing my hair, but I didn't sleep well the whole night. I was used to my bed, and now I don't have a shower.

It was my first time to come to Shanwei. A local friend introduced me to the Xinpinqinghu Hotel. I fell in love with it as soon as I stayed. Facing Pinqing Lake, the view is broad and the service attitude is very good👍 I will definitely stay here again next time I come, and I will also introduce my friends to stay here.
