There was sand on the bed, I suspect the sheets were not changed or not cleaned properly. The hygiene was very average, they only mopped the room, the balcony was extremely dirty, and the description said free parking, but I was still charged for parking in the underground parking lot. The elevator can only go to the -1st and 2nd floors. To go to the 1st floor, you have to walk for a long time on the 2nd floor platform to get to the elevator that goes from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor.
