First of all, thank you. Almighty Huan Xiaopeng and Xiao Hou were super considerate in their service. They upgraded the room type. The best thing is that they gave the children favorite stickers, as well as fruits and yogurt!
Xiao Liang and Xiao Zhong in the restaurant are very considerate in their service. I love the shiny bracelets for the children!
The nice guy at the front desk helped me get hot water after check-out, and the hand cream he gave me was very fragrant!
The hotel environment is very good and the service is attentive. The security guards in the parking lot will take the initiative to help with luggage. The breakfast is rich and delicious!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my three-night stay at your hotel. The level of service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. House keeping staff very helpful with wifi connection ,it was difficult for non China mobile number .room we booked was large and comfortable, breakfast simple ,delicious and healthy. Hotel maintenance were effective to fixed our room replacement of light bulb and oiling shower door was noise when open. Will stay again if in Shaoguan

I had been paying attention for a long time before booking a suite on the 31st. I wanted to prepare for the New Year and was looking forward to the hotel suite. First of all, 1. The hotel room was too hot. The hotel's air conditioning setting for cold air was not very clear at a glance. I called the front desk and asked, and the front desk asked the housekeeping department to come and take a look, but they never came. 2. It is considered a high-end hotel, and the toiletries look like those in ordinary hotel guest houses, which are very cheap. 3. There is no trash can in the bathroom of the suite. It is very inconvenient to throw things away. We did not use the bathtub. If we used the bathtub, the disposable bathtub cover and other garbage would have to be thrown into the toilet.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

Service: Very attentive, with herbal tea, chrysanthemum tea, and nut biscuits as gifts. There is a swimming pool that can be used for free, and swimming caps and swimsuits are required. Special mention to the room service which is fast and fast!
We communicated on the phone before check-in. The front desk knew that we were bringing two children, and thoughtfully suggested the room type and how to make beds.
There are many delicious foods around, and the taste is very good! Checked in several stores! The transportation is also very convenient!
It's the second time I've stayed here, and I'm equally satisfied! I will choose Manhattan next time I stay!

There is a buffet breakfast, an underground garage, and the laundry room also provides laundry detergent disinfectant, children's Bobo Pool slide, library, tea room, all free to use, plus points. This is a newly built hotel. Everything is still very new and clean. The location is on the edge of the city center. With 2-3 dollars taxi very easily to go anywhere in the city. Our room has a very beautiful view over the river and mountain. The breakfast is very good. Shan Shan was so nice with us. She is very friendly and helpful!! At the reception employees are very helpful as well. A little less good was the room service, 3-4 days they don’t clean well our room. But as soon as I called the front desk they clean and organized the room. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant.

Facilities: The facilities are old, but they can still be used normally. It is an old hotel. I have eaten a banquet when I was very young. It is really good to keep it like this and the price is super high. The only facilities that may need to be changed should be soundproof. If you live in a room facing the street, the singing and dance troupe aunt or the late-night racing party will make you deeply disturbed, and the lack of sound insulation makes this sound more into the ears, but its sound insulation should be a passing level. But those two are too strong.

Service: The service is particularly good. In fact, there is another reason to choose Yishan Hotel. It also serves morning tea and evening tea.
