Shaoguan Hotels with Gym

Nice view, good service, value for money. Room is clean and comfortable.

The decoration style of an old star hotel, but it is very clean. It is true that the room lighting is dim, and the bed is also hard, but I am used to soft beds and I can get used to it. The bedding is high-count and soft, and the check-in arrangement is fast, but I am not satisfied with the room type upgrade because of point redemption. The location is very convenient, you can walk to the East Street. There are freshly cooked noodles and western food for breakfast.

I say I saw many reviews that said the hotel was old and they weren’t very complementary. Yes, it’s an older hotel. It’s very grand and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. The bed was fine to sleep on as were the pillows, I can’t say I have any complaints. The locations is very good.

Great stay here. We liked it so much after travelling in China during the Spring festival, we stayed an extra night . -quiet in the rooms -comfortable beds -high quality linens and towels -fast Internet -a 15 minutes car ride to both train stations -surprise fruit gift on forst day (image) - great servive from all staff, from front desk to room cleaner. Xiao Ming i cafe went to extra effort and was super helpful and thoughtful. -delicious breakfast with good coffee, french bread and yum dim sum. All in all we enjoyed some down time here and had a fantastic stay.

Hygienic and clean, the room is large and the mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom shower has a large amount of water, the hot water is hot enough, and the best thing is that the water retaining ***** is well done. After taking a bath, there is no water in the toilet outside the shower room. Unlike some hotels, the water retaining ***** is too low and the entire bathroom is filled with water after taking a shower. I like having a wardrobe the most. We girls can hang up many of our skirts and suits, otherwise our suitcases will get wrinkled if we keep them in our suitcases for a few days. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's not bad for the price, and it also has breakfast. Breakfast includes dumplings, noodles, porridge, siomai, fish eggs, etc. The taste is ok. The service provided by the hygiene aunt was very good. On the first day she said there were no disposable slippers, but on the second day she found them for me. The guy at the front desk was very gentle and polite, and the guests felt very comfortable listening to it.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

This is a newly built hotel. Everything is still very new and clean. The location is on the edge of the city center. With 2-3 dollars taxi very easily to go anywhere in the city. Our room has a very beautiful view over the river and mountain. The breakfast is very good. Shan Shan was so nice with us. She is very friendly and helpful!! At the reception employees are very helpful as well. A little less good was the room service, 3-4 days they don’t clean well our room. But as soon as I called the front desk they clean and organized the room. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant.

It is really a five-star hotel and the best hotel in Shaoguan. Chenzhou was stuck in traffic, so I stayed in Shaoguan temporarily. The room is large and clean, and the wallpaper is a bit low-key and luxurious, and it is actually shining gold. There is a balcony where you can see the mountain. The balcony door is a one-way mirror, so you can see the outside from the inside, but you can't see the inside from the outside. The breakfast is very good, very good, with rich varieties and good taste. I didn't play in Shaoguan this time, and I will definitely stay here next time I come to see Danxia Mountain.

The hotel has its own parking lot, the front desk is professional and enthusiastic, there is no dedicated non-smoking room, and there is an air purifier. The room is spacious and bright, there is no night light, the water pressure of the shower is OK, there is a zero-pressure latex pillow, there is a self-service laundry room and a gym, and the breakfast is average. Because the karaoke of another tenant in the podium may disturb the guests, the hotel kindly wrote a notice and provided earplugs. At first I thought it was okay, but in fact it was ”shot”. After getting up at three in the morning, I heard singing one song after another, interspersed with dico, and it didn't stop until six in the morning. I heard that guests and residents complained one after another, and the hotel also reported to the relevant departments, but it was useless. If you have requirements for sleep, you can call the hotel to solve it when booking.
