Chairman Mao’s hometown, because I usually like sports, I chose this hotel. I also heard that I can walk to the free attraction Martyrs Cemetery to check in. I can climb up in the morning and overlook half of Lushan. The air scenery is really good. I also went to the youth statue table to punch in the statue of Grandpa Mao when he was old. The hotel was very good in all aspects. I just happened to meet the hotel. To be honest, I was a little upset staying in this hotel. It should have been a perfect trip, but I was not able to get a Didi or taxi in the downtown area of Shaoshan. The hotel is 3 kilometers away from Shaoshan South Station. There is no car to take after leaving the train station. All are illegal taxis, and they charge exorbitant prices. With heavy luggage, I can only let others take advantage of me. The hotel facilities are average for nearly 400 yuan. After checking, it may be one of the best hotels in Shaoshan. It would be better if they could provide pick-up and drop-off service, even if it costs a little more. The hotel breakfast is average, not good, but enough to fill you up. The front desk lady has a good attitude.

GGuest UserThis is a very typical rural B&B, with a restaurant on the first floor and guest rooms on the second and third floors. The B&B is located in a village at the entrance of the scenic spot. Parking is allowed and pets are allowed. It is about 500 meters away from the former residence of the elders and the Bronze Statue Square. The owner's service is warm and the room is clean. The facilities are simple and outdated. The bathroom did not provide bath towels and there was no shower. The bedding may be too basic and make a twitching sound when you turn over. In Shaoshan in March, the temperature at night was very low, so I needed to turn on the air conditioner, but the sound from the outdoor air conditioner was loud, like a tractor. When I turned off the air conditioner, the same sound came from the outdoor air conditioners in other rooms, and the quilt was a little thin. Great choice for light sleepers. It’s okay to just pass by on a self-driving tour and stay overnight.
