訂之前看到評價説服務態度不好，想能有多不好，最多不熱情。來了之後發現前台工作人員小姑娘的態度都非常非常好。結果晚上電視不會調，上來位阿姨驗證了什麼叫態度差，怨氣沖天，上來就訓人，調個電視把顧客從頭訓到底。人家跟我説，大概紹興人説話就是這樣的，這個我是不信的，上次來紹興，每個人都非常好，讓我對紹興這個城市留下了最好的印象，相信這次的阿姨衹是個別人，不代表酒店，更代表不了紹興人。希望酒店管理不僅衹對小姑娘有工作要求。對阿姨也要管理起來。
