房間完全沒打掃乾淨，還有一股男人的臭汗味，雖然最後也給我們換房間了。準備睡覺有些燈關不了，必須拔卡才能全部關閉。
第二天早上退房，前台服務態度超級差，我説我的車房間可以先退房，但是車可以停發哦下午2點左右嗎，前台直接拒絕不行，因為我們酒店這幾天都是滿房，沒有多餘的停車位，第二天就是星期一，跟我説滿房，我們星期六晚上到樓下都還有很多停車位，跟我説星期天晚上滿房，真的是搞笑！
前台服務態度超級差，差到哪種都想揍他一頓！
