剛到酒店時，我不小心把手機落在了出租車上，心急如焚。前台工作人員得知後，一邊耐心地安慰我，一邊迅速幫我聯繫出租車公司。在他們的不懈努力下，手機終於失而復得，我懸着的心這才放下。還有一次，我詢問附近哪裡有葯店，禮賓員不僅詳細地告訴我地址，還擔心我找不到，特意手繪了一張簡易地圖。
酒店價格實惠，性價比超高。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住起來非常舒適。雖然現在沒有早餐，但周邊就有很多小吃店可供選擇。在這裏，你能感受到家一般的温暖，卻衹需付款親民的價格。無論是出差還是旅行，這家酒店都是絕佳的選擇，真心推薦給大家。

酒店在商場裏的4樓，附近幾百米就是銀泰百貨，出地鐵輕紡城站幾百米就能到酒店。附近有肯德基麥當勞和24小時便利店，到柯巖鑒湖景區7-8公里。

地理位置很方便，就在地鐵口。保潔打掃衞生也很認真，第二天會給放新的牙具。酒店最後還給送了伴手禮，紹興黃酒，挺好喝的。但是設施方面真的太老太舊了。最差的是隔音，這根本就沒隔音，早上外邊有人大聲説話就好像在你耳朵邊一樣。問前台有沒有耳塞，前台一臉疑惑説沒有。建議一，給每個房間配兩副耳塞吧。房間裏的晾衣架是不銹鋼的，和不銹鋼晾衣桿碰一下聲音也賊大。建議二，換一下晾衣架晾衣桿的材質。建議三，牆面、沙發上的頑固污漬清理一下，床頭板都歪了，手機都不敢往上放，修修吧。
