酒店旁邊有免費停車場，自駕非常合適。房間裝修挺不錯，窗外可以看到湖景非常漂亮。就是房間門和洗手間手鎖都有些年頭，房間門的防開門鏈條沒有了，反鎖的轉頭轉不動的，洗手間的門鎖在裏面不能鎖，扭鎖後差點鎖裏面扭不回來開門，其他都很好。

酒店房間衞生乾淨，前台服務優質，送了黃酒冰棒和早餐，還幫忙介紹了周邊的景點，規劃了遊覽線路，建議了離店去火車站的時間。 酒店設施設備齊全，提供自助洗衣服務，健身房跟洗衣房在一起，房間悶熱，有一台跑步機一台自行車，健身感覺不好。 酒店早餐品種豐富，服務不錯。 印象最深的是一位男師傅，上了一個歲數，但是好像是個全能王，前台辦入住有他的身影，客房送洗漱用品有他的身影，餐廳用餐還有他幫忙收拾餐桌的身影，真是棒棒的！ 但是希望酒店可以考證一下豪華雙床房的床的尺寸，真的是1.5米兩張床嗎？怎麼感覺衹有1.35米呢！！！真心覺得沒有那麼大，導致睡覺時把沙發推到了床邊借用了一晚！

首先酒店位置挺好找的，離魯迅故里及書聖故里都不遠。前台幾位美女態度很好，很熱情！出門的時候找她們要了兩根黃酒冰棒！但是所安排的房間就有點繞了，七拐八拐才找到。進入房間後，確實不錯，面積大、衞生打掃得很乾凈，落地窗視野很開闊！

在山會高架路邊上，自駕到哪都方便的很，有自己的停車場，車位不多可以停到對面地下停車場，酒店比較乾淨，服務比較好有求必應。家庭房面積比較大，在過道頂頭，比較安靜，住了二天非常滿意。

房間真的非常非常好，又大又寬敞，一家三口住家庭房綽綽有餘，乾淨衞生，前台服務態度很熱情，空調也很給力，設施也很完善，機器人送外賣到門口，真是到紹興的一份驚喜！
