**Lanting Pushen Hotel**
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
During the wedding leave, we drove from Shanghai to explore the Tang Poetry Road in Eastern Zhejiang. We were very much attracted to the place where Xizhi retired, and we were also fascinated by the beautiful scenery of the towering mountains, lush forests and bamboos, clear streams and rapids in the Lanting Preface. As a five-star hotel located in the Weiwan Mountain area of Kuaiji Mountain Range, we chose to stay there.
After the reservation was successful, the hotel butler contacted us soon and sent us the hotel's special activities and maps, which was very considerate.
**Hotel Environment**: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After getting off the expressway toll station, we soon arrived at the intersection of Weiwan Mountain Road and turned right to go up the mountain. The hotel has clear instructions, ample parking spaces, and convenient parking in the ground and underground parking lots. It is the best choice for self-driving travel. The hotel has a superior geographical location and covers a large area. You need to take a shuttle bus to the room from the parking lot. The hotel lobby is in the General's Mansion building. The houses and buildings are antique and very distinctive. The geographical location is good. It is 20-30 minutes drive from the Lanting Scenic Area and Lu Xun's hometown.
It is not convenient to order takeout from the hotel. The nearest restaurant is Lao Tou Fried Shrimp. It takes 103 minutes to deliver the food. It is recommended to drive out to eat or eat in the hotel Chinese restaurant. We went to Jindi Yintai City for dinner these two days. It takes about 25 minutes to drive one way. There are many things in the mall. I recommend the soufflé on the 4th floor and Mr. Savage Ice Cream on the 3rd floor.
**Restaurant**: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had lunch at the hotel Chinese restaurant at noon on the first day. I ordered Geleshan Frog Spicy Chicken, Fried Vegetables with Oil Residues and Salted Meat and Vegetable Fried Rice. It was 294R, which was a bit expensive.
The spicy chicken was very fragrant, but the only drawback was that the bullfrog and chicken were cut too finely, fried too old and hard. It can be improved later, and it is better to put some peanuts. Fried vegetables and vegetable fried rice are good.
I had breakfast in the hotel for the next two days. There were few types of hot dishes and noodle stalls for breakfast, and the taste was also average. But the regular ones were like wontons, fried vegetables, steamed buns, fried eggs, bacon, sausages, coffee, black tea and bread. There are a wide variety of fruits, but the fruits and cold dishes are placed in the freezer, and the refrigerant in the freezer has a strong smell. It is recommended to move them outside the freezer later.
There are black sesame fried dough sticks wrapped in glutinous rice cakes for breakfast, but the food will be cold if you come late, so it is recommended to keep the dishes warm later.
**Room**: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The room is opened with a key, and the room is great! The room is large, the bed is also large, and there is a small round table in the room, which is very convenient for drinking tea and eating snacks with companions. The Chinese-style decoration is simple and textured, which is very satisfactory. The room I booked has a balcony with a very good view. Unfortunately, it is too cold in winter, and the balcony door is basically not opened...
There are four wardrobes in the hotel room, which can hold things. There are electric toilets, sofas, umbrellas, ice buckets, etc. The only shortcoming is that the shower water temperature is OK, but the water is relatively small, which is recommended for subsequent improvement.
**Service**: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel service is great! No matter when you contact the butler, the butler can reply in time and give feedback quickly.
In addition, the staff in all positions of the hotel are very enthusiastic and polite, and they are very discerning. When I drove into the hotel, the doorman took the initiative to ask if I needed a shuttle bus. As soon as I parked the car, the shuttle bus arrived.
I would like to specifically praise a guy from Northeast China who drove a shuttle bus at night. It happened that he came to pick us up these two nights. When I mentioned that the express sent to the hotel could not be found, the guy took the initiative to take us to the employee channel to find it. Even if we returned to the hotel at 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the pick-up response speed was very fast, which deserves praise.
In addition, the hotel has a very good little detail that I want to specifically praise. The housekeeper will come to deliver sweet soup and clean tableware every day. On the first day, it was peach gum and white fungus, and on the second day, it was red dates and lotus seeds. Very good.
Overall, the hotel experience is still very good. Although there are some shortcomings, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. I will consider staying at Lanting Pushen again when I bring friends and family to Shaoxing in the future.
Outstanding
