Super satisfying journey, clean room, good lighting, and the front desk staff were very polite as soon as they walked in, and the check-in speed was fast. In particular, I would like to praise Yang Yecheng. The service is super good because I have a lot of rooms. He can arrange the rooms reasonably and is very professional. The service of the hotel is very good. The elevator entrance on the floor was a bit far away from our room when I checked in. My 94-year-old father was a bit unable to walk, so the hotel staff took the initiative to bring in a wheelchair. After I left the store, I forgot a water glass, and the hotel called to inform me and help me keep it. Check-in and check-out procedures are very short. The breakfast food delivered is rich in content, and the attitude of the staff is good. The rooms are spacious and sanitary. It is a very cost-effective hotel. Will stay here next time.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is good to have a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off luggage for a family. You can take a taxi anywhere to go to far places. There are also many restaurants in Cangqiao Zhijie Street, and it is convenient to eat. We walked to the Wupeng Boat Wharf and took a cruise. We were also able to take pictures of the riverside appearance of the hotel. The Jiangnan water town is really beautiful. There is a laundry room on the first floor, and the rooftop terrace can be used for drying. There is also a cat named Fugui. The baby was reluctant to leave. The housekeeper Dongzhi is also very considerate. There is white fungus soup in the evening and it is called down to drink. There are also many free food and drinks in the lobby during the day, and there is also 9.9 coffee. The experience is perfect✔

The lobby decoration style is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the disposable toiletries are very useful, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast has many types and is complete, and it is delicious. Zzlf151First of all, the room is quite big, but the toilet has a bad smell, and it stinks if the door is not closed. Secondly, it is inconvenient to go to Cool Play Kingdom from the hotel. It is still a bit far to walk there. The experience of Cool Play Kingdom is average, so there is no need to go there specially. The hotel is close to Mountain Kingdom. It is okay to go to Mountain Kingdom on rainy days. The hotel can buy a two-day ticket, which costs 180 for adults and 90 for children. As for food and beverage, there is a tea restaurant in the hotel lobby, which is poor. Pineapple buns and wind claws are out of stock. The price in Mountain Kingdom is a bit expensive, a bowl of wontons is 22, three steamed buns are 20, and even the waiter keeps saying don't order buns, they are very small. In summary, there is no need to come specially, or there is no need to stay. Several parks are quite small, and you can leave after playing on the same day.

While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

GGuest UserGot there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

The software is basically not bad, sent a day of breakfast, every night there is mung bean soup white fungus, the basic service is good.
The traffic is more convenient, Shaoxing North Station is convenient for public transportation, and the bus station is downstairs, and it is convenient to buy things.
However, the front desk is not familiar with the train station line in the district, which is a bit unexpected. It is recommended to add more training in the future.
Overall satisfactory.
I think the Super 8 is good.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

CChrisLocated on the 18th floor so take advantage of the convenience store to the right before you get on the elevator. Beautiful bright rooms, amazingly comfy mattress, nice flooring, big windows that take advantage of the elevation, smart TV, fast wifi and I like that the outlets beside the bed don’t require the key near the door: it’s easy to charge electronics when you’re out. Staff was great. Lots of Hellobikes in front.
As for the negatives, this place badly needs robot butlers as I got sick of fetching my deliveries from the lobby. Only a toothbrush kit and comb for dry amenities. Breakfast was unimpressive but cheap. No coffee at breakfast.
Overall I thought this place offered good value despite its downfalls and I’d recommend it.
