The first time I called the front desk to report that the air conditioner was not cooling, the front desk asked me which room I was in and said they would ask someone to check it later. I stayed at this hotel to watch a baseball game. I originally thought it would be convenient to watch the game, but I didn't expect the room to be amazing. The interior is elegant, spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and has complete facilities. Xiao Bin at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful service. He even temporarily changed the check-out date and quickly processed a refund for us. It was very convenient from check-in to departure!

Great experience in Wyndham Keqiao, I selected a room with view to the lake and it was amazing. You have the lake right in front of the hotel and you can take a beautifull and entertained walk at the afternoons. The people working in the hotel talk very few english, but they manage to understand you and make you have a great stay. You have a metro station right in front of the hotel. I will comeback for sure.

The room was OK, probably because the ventilation was not very good. People who don't smoke will smell a faint smell of smoke when entering the room. The reception service at the front desk was very good, and they even helped me find a parking space. Someone was making noise in the corridor at night, so I reported it to the front desk. After that, it was also dealt with, and overall it was pretty good.

Clear and comfortable . Breakfast is good. Personal are suave. Bedding is also quite good. I was there for business trip. Next time gonna go again.
