同事出差來紹興給他訂的莫瀾，2024年新開的酒店，離公司距離非常友好，裝修很清爽，也乾淨，旁邊就是中芯國際，樓下就可以解決一日三餐。離酒店1-2公里就是皋埠的商業中心鯨銀城，非常便利！前台小姐姐小馬人很好，有問題馬上就幫忙解決！給她一個大大的贊！

首先，酒店很新，設施很新，房間很大，床鋪很舒服，落地窗看景色很不錯。對於就想住新酒店的人來説，真心不錯。 其次，服務很好，可以説是很周到了，對於客人的要求，都能做到儘量滿足。房間的飲用水和可樂免費喝，很加分。 晚餐性價比不錯，對於酒店自助餐標準來説，已經很可以了。早餐雖然很豐富，但如果不是含在房費裏，138一個人有點偏貴。 酒店位置稍微有點偏，對於旅遊的人來説，不是最適合的，附近有一個吼山有一個東湖，都是要開車的距離。附近步行距離沒啥可以逛的地方。 幾點建議： 1. 酒店太新，房間還有濃重的裝修味（有的沒有），用空凈機抽了一會就好很多。酒店應該安排在沒人入住的時候多用空凈抽一下。 2. 房間里加點其他酒店那種香氛，枕頭和被子應該有那種洗曬後的皂香。浴巾有一種油煙味，感覺晾曬在廚房排煙管道外似的，建議改進。 3. 兩個電梯間都沒有標註低層高層，在低層電梯間等了半天等到電梯進去發現沒有高層，還要一臉懵懵的走出來找哪個電梯是去高區的。最後還是路過的服務員人員告知客房電梯在後麪一個電梯間。 4. 游泳池應該設定安全員，小孩子進去有點怕怕的，家長得一直在旁邊盯着。另外水太冷了，27度。 5. 攜程鑽石卡會員預訂，入住還要付款按金，真的好久沒碰到過了。 另外，房間估計沒有安裝煙霧報警器，我斜對門的住客竟然在房間抽煙都可以，還開着門，那一股子煙味也是醉了。

Stayed for a few days~ There is an elevator to wait for a long time, every time it is full, breakfast is a bit messy, it may be peak time, there are no seats, milk or anything is gone, no one adds noodles~ You have to line up, a bit messy, and the taste is not good. Every day, I have to go to the front desk to update the room card, otherwise I can’t open the door, it’s not convenient, and the 2nd floor is under renovation. The workers also take this elevator. It’s a bit embarrassing to have dust on their bodies. After all, there is an elevator, and you can hear the sound during the day. No noon rest, If you plan to travel during the day, it is okay. Newly opened hotel, the front desk service is a bit rusty, the attitude is acceptable, passing by and meeting the room attendant is very good, but stayed for a few days, did not change the sheets! The room has a small control, earplugs and eye masks. It is estimated that I thought of the decoration before putting it. When you go upstairs, the hotel has an exclusive elevator, but office staff can also use it. After breakfast in the morning, I caught up with the office staff to go to work, and everyone was delayed by each other. The room I lived in was an air conditioner outside. When I checked in, it was during the day. I didn't feel noisy when I entered the room. I came back at night and the air conditioner should be out of service. I didn't expect that the air conditioner outside the air conditioner worked together at 6 o'clock the next morning. I was awakened and I couldn't change the room at this time.

The shuttle bus is very convenient and available on call. The front desk girl upgraded my room. It is very large and well-equipped. It is in Jinghu Park and has a good environment. The breakfast was very satisfactory and the service staff was very enthusiastic. The shuttle bus came to pick me up for breakfast. It was not far away, only about 100 meters.
