I came to participate in the half-marathon organized in the city and the hotel was really great, great welcome, spacious room.

Отдыхали с семьёй в январе 2022 года жили в двух номерах , в номере все есть , телевизор телефон холодильник утюк сейф электрочайник стаканчики и вся мебель , в санузла тоже все есть вплоть до фена . Состояние отеля на троечку так же как и звёзд, отель не новый тоже видать стареет вместе с хозяином , на ресепшене не плохо бы сделать химчистку мягкой мебели , кормят хорошо и вкусно , даже нам больше понравилось чем в других четверках и пятёрках . В связи с повышением цен на путёвки мы в этот раз решили попытать судьбу и выбирать дешёвый отель но В целом мы ни сколько не разочаровалась в выборе данного отеля , мы полностью довольны всем учитывая стоимость.

Room very nice and big ,location great, have many food around,lake ,much more ,,just room have no view ,if room have any view like city or lake then more awesome btw overall very good

If you get mad - I will say that the safe didn't work. No one on the bags crawled, didn't try to extort the tips (though the maids deserve them, of course). The door opens at the hotel entrance. Thanks to such a convenient schedule we never missed dinner even from the longest tours. People from other hotels skipped their dinners and remained hungry, and here everything was done for the convenience of guests. Seriously underrated hotel, great beach, interesting underwater world on the reef, good for snorkeling

This hotel is a true hidden gem minutes away from busy Dubai. At first you may wonder why to go to Sharjah, but the Chedi Al Bait is a destination on its own. The minute you walk in, you are being greeted by “Welcome home”, the English translation of “Al Bait”. It’s true the place felt like home as if I had arrived in my family after a long journey in the hot weather of the arabian peninsula. Here I found a calm, authentic, extremely beautiful & well kept property to rest and enjoy days of pure luxury. Because of the hot June weather I was lucky enough to be one of the few guests at the hotel. I felt like a true Sultan wandering around the maze of my property and there was not a minute I was not being pampered by the whole team. During the day, the walls of the property have a contemporary desert feeling. At night the lighting made it looked like the Palace of the Arabian Nights. I enjoyed the fact that all the doors of the property were left open for you to explore and decide to sit to contemplate or simply relax. Their library/museum was a nice surprise worth a quick tour! The suite I stayed for 3 nights was just perfect. Plenty of space, huge bath room with 5 star amenities. I loved the Acqua di Parma toiletries!! The huge bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I stayed in their “deluxe” rooms which for me felt super luxury. I can’t imagine how their higher category suites could even be better than what I had. Meals, breakfasts, drinks at their cafe were all of good quality. I highly recommend their Afternoon Tea Time which is a show on its own with all that nitrogen gas. Gym, Sauna and Steam room were all of the best quality! In short, I had at the Chedi the best time in the UAE and I could not recommend it enough to anyone who is appreciative of quality, discreet luxury and comfort! Special mention and warm thank you to the Team at the reception but also Sam at the Pool who was the kindest host ever. I was taken care like a real sheikh with always a glass of cold water, my sun bed prepared like I loved and always a few words and a smile to make my stay memorable. The staff is very friendly and supportive, but there should be a hair dryer in room and pest control is needed as few cockroaches was playing around the locker.. another thing that I booked a room with king size bed but at the checkin time no room was available with king size bed.

We were there at the beginning of May 2024. I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams. Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to cross the road to the beach. The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna. At the reception you can exchange dollars and euros for dirhams - at the rate of 3.6 at the exchange office at the airport they exchanged us 3.45. It was my daughter’s birthday, which we didn’t notify the hotel about, and when we returned from the beach we saw a gift - a cake. It was a pleasure. During our stay, we were asked three times whether the quality of service was satisfactory - once by phone, at the reception, and the cleaning manager came up. If necessary, you can order, for an adult it will be approximately 60 dirhams. On the beach they provide towels and sunbeds for free, there are almost always places available. Minuses: - cool water came out of the tap and shower almost all the time, except for the last day, no matter how you regulate it. It was not very pleasant to wash. - there is a drain on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, apparently a not very pleasant smell came from them periodically. Overall I recommend the hotel. Definitely worth the money. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best option.

Relaxing great comfortable stay however experienced unpleasant situations water at 3 am stopped than back automatically and the door look didn't work and the room carpet hygiene need attention well the stuff inside amenities hotel were friendly and helpful apperiacted assist Arjun & at luggage enter was helpful by explaining direction of street.
