Since the new management taken over the property everything changed a lot the services, cleaning and staff. Will advice you to definitely plan a visit as you will not find any other property with such price in this great location.

My 9th stay here is as comfortable as the first one. The staff is very efficient and cooperative. Thanks to the house keeping expert Than Than who made sure to add brightness and colour with lovely masterpiece with zero compromise on cleaning. The complimentary tray of dessert delicacies was fantastic. The warm feeling of welcome from everyone make it feel like a second home. Location is excellent with best views of corniche from every room. Hotel is new and maintenance is good.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

I’ll add that look for clothes in brands for less. You can find EVERYTHING!!! For sneakers in Dubai Outlet Mall. But the road is not a fountain. We went there by bus 67 from the Burjuman metro station. Back stuffed with clothes on a wheelbarrow. It's 130 dirhams to the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and supportive, but there should be a hair dryer in room and pest control is needed as few cockroaches was playing around the locker.. another thing that I booked a room with king size bed but at the checkin time no room was available with king size bed.

I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

We were there at the beginning of May 2024. I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams. Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to cross the road to the beach. The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna. It was my daughter’s birthday, which we didn’t notify the hotel about, and when we returned from the beach we saw a gift - a cake. It was a pleasure. During our stay, we were asked three times whether the quality of service was satisfactory - once by phone, at the reception, and the cleaning manager came up. The food for breakfast was varied and tasty. We didn't take lunch or dinner, because... wanted to try different local food. Relaxing great comfortable stay however experienced unpleasant situations water at 3 am stopped than back automatically and the door look didn't work and the room carpet hygiene need attention well the stuff inside amenities hotel were friendly and helpful apperiacted assist Arjun & at luggage enter was helpful by explaining direction of street.
