We immediately refused the offered room because of its terrible condition. Broken kitchen, smell from the hallway in the room (the staff are preparing food). We looked at several offered rooms. All are almost equally bad. We were forced to choose on the 15th floor, but then we changed it because of the noise from the common exhaust hood. The problem of the hotel is primarily the condition of the bathrooms. Old appliances are everywhere. There is black and gray mold on the walls of the bathrooms (there is no heating in the bathrooms), dirty closets in the bedroom. Smell from the mattresses. After moving in, we discovered that there was no drain in the sink, as a result, water on the floor. Everything is kind of filthy, not fresh. The furniture and living rooms, bedrooms are really updated. The lighting is weak. In the rooms on the upper floors, located next to the exhaust shaft, there is a lot of noise from the fans (until 12 at night and in the morning). Therefore, we were forced to change this room as well. The rooms (apartments) are equipped with a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, two glasses, a set of dishes and cutlery for two. The condition of different rooms varies slightly, but is definitely not satisfactory. There are no detergents in the rooms. The hotel staff are seasonal migrants. They have no experience in servicing rooms, with the ensuing consequences for the quality of service and cleaning. Do not count on getting information about the city, the location of ATMs, travel, etc. from the reception from the staff. Paid half board - a very modest breakfast (4 simple options) and a standard dinner (4 simple options). The menu does not change. All 7 nights in the restaurant there were no visitors, tables for placing and heating food are not served. There is no buffet. Delivery from the restaurant to the rooms is practiced. The preparation time (or delivery to the room) is 20-30 minutes from the time of order. The hotel is abandoned, there is a clear lack of normal quality management. I definitely do not recommend it.
