Stay was Excellent.
Room is nice and furnished with kettle, iron, etc. only missing was hair dryer.
Hotel facilities were great. They got a small pool and gym.
Location is next to Sharjah Expo Centre and for shopping, it is closer to Nesto.
Staff were excellent- during our check-in process, Ms. Sharon was supportive in sorting the procedures and get it done smoothly.
Breakfast Restaurant was Orient, well supplied to meet different cuisine.
Its value for money stay and extremely happy with the stay.

Nice service, great food, comfortable room. Large TV was a plus. Pool is a little bit small. Location issue is typical for UAE. Hard to find something around the hotel(in +40 degrees), especially cigarettes. Overall good experience, I recommend to stay in Novotel.

Rooms are ok… Washrooms are worse… sloppage is not correct and every time the bathroom gets filled on every bath.. Breakfasts selections are also worse.

The Worst hotel in the world
The stuff ( almost all of them ) ( specifically the management) are rude.
And bad smell in the room
The shower not working correct
Insects live in the WC.
Only the stuff of the restaurant are good.
The stuff of the reception ( and the management) not allowed to show any signs of normal human.

Hotel is good but I think the amenities need to be renewed
