Excellent hotel!!! All is good. Service, room, staff. The only thing is that there is no beach nearby, for those who want to go out to the sea, it is not suitable. But if you plan to take a car, then this is not a problem. We took it, woke up in the morning, if we wanted to go to the sea, take swimming trunks, put it in the car, 5 minutes and you’re on the beach.

When we checked in, no one assisted us to our room. The online photos showed a different view than what we actually got. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very soft. The rooftop swimming pool offered a great view, though the glass was blurry. Breakfast was okay, but the selection of bakery items was quite limited. When checking out, a team member kept pressuring me to write a review on the spot and even looked at my phone as I typed, which felt intrusive.

Worst customer care ever and they have unprofessional mangers specially MOSTAFA i think he is not eligible for such title he spoil our entire stay which was more than one month by his attitude and unsmiling face 24/7 i think the management need to look after their employees more than this

Mr. Zafar at concierge department is very rude. He claims he doesn’t care about the tripadvisor reviews. They do not have enough cars and then they give excuses to inform them 24 hours in advance. They say it is our standard operating procedure. However it is not documented anywhere.

Personnel très réactif , très professionnel et très agréable.
Nous avons bénéficié de 2 superbes chambres communicantes, avec une belle vue dégagée sur un beau parc de palmiers.
Nous avons testé le dîner en chambre : incroyablement bon et superbement préparé.
Le petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet offre un large choix pour tous les goûts.
La piscine au dernier étage sur le toit est très agréable et surveillée.
Un très très agréable séjour dans ce très bel hôtel .
