Because of some misunderstanding for the first hotel that we booked, unfortunately we end up here in Al Sharq. To cut the story short, so we recently booked at the Al Sharq hotel through an online website and our experience was extremely disappointing. And I must say, even a 1 star review doesn’t seem worth it. From the moment that we arrived, the receptionist guy treat us unmannered, and the way he talked to us, as if we were not guests, even we informed him that we also work at the hotel, and he just replied “so” which made me even more angry. I will not say anything about the facilities since it is a 2 star hotel, I did not expect more. I really took the time to write a review on this hotel for the next guests who plan to check in here and to be aware of the service and hospitality they will experience.
