In February at 9 am there is nothing to do on the beach: the wind, although the sea is 23, is not comfortable to go out. Can't bear it, chills. After 13.00 the weather clears up, there is less wind, more sun, and then if you decide to stay on the Radisson beach, you will go at your own expense.
