Ottimo villaggio, bellissima camera e personale molto gentile. Ristorante centrale ottimo e attento ad ogni esigenza . Simpaticissimo Hamed che si occupava della pulizia delle stanze. Bravissima pure l’animatrice Ibis , preparata in tutte le lingue, con cui abbiamo svolto tante attività (bocce ecc)

It's the 3rd visit to this beautiful hotel and definitely will come back, amazing staff special thanks to reception always helpful and friendly, the garden's Looks fantastic, room was clean, the food was good and cocktails was so good, but the Pool little bit cold.

We have just had 3 weeks over Xmas and New Year at this hotel and what a great time we have had. The place is kept spotless and the food is lovely but the thing that makes this place so special is the fantastic staff, from life guards, cleaners ,waiters, bar staff everybody is so friendly and wants to make your stay special. The hotels entertainment team are amazing doing activities during the day (archery, bocca exercise class etc) and at night putting on shows and getting everyone up dancing. A shout out to Mina on the beach bar who made me iced coffees and cocktails, and all bar staff who kept are glasses refilled and always knew are drinks even on busy new years eve. This was are 2nd visit to this hotel(formerly the magic world) and we will be back again, highly recommend it.

Currently at The Iberotel Redsina. Having been to Sharm many times, along with Hurghada we decided on Redsina. So far, it is amazing.Beautiful grounds, immaculately kept. Absolutley spotless both inside and out. Located on beach front- beach has screens to protect from wind. Beautiful weather, although a bit breezy. Food is excellent staff can not do enough for you. I particularly like that the sun shades round the pool are fixes, and very, very plentiful. Only a couple of very small negatives- reception staff are not very pleasant- management should address thus, as I'm not tge first to mention it. Not much information given regarding meals, etc. There are signs up, but you have to hunt for them - also a map (printed) of where everything us would be helpful.There is a water park, with children's pool at tge top of the resort- a smaller quiet pool and the main pool which has fabulous service. The life guards are very attentive and are constantly on watch. We would definitely return here.

We have been coming to Egypt for winter holidays for years and I have to say that this hotel is one of the best, the beach and coral reef are beautiful, but above all the staff is humble and kind. We thank all the staff for their work and especially Mina from the beach bar for her excellent service and for the excellent Italian coffee and cocktails. We will definitely be back!

We visit this fantastic hotel every year and the service is always awesome. Especially Omar's bar at the side of the main lobby. All the staff at this hotel make your stay feel very special. We visited in January 2025 and have already booked again for later in the year, how is that for a recommendation!!!

It was the most amazing resort I have ever been to! The service, the people , the entertainment, the scenery, beach , food , pools, and especially the kids club. There is nothing bad to say about this place . Wonderful time spent here and the staff are the warmest people you will ever meet. Reem from the kids club is such a star. My kids still can’t stop speaking about her . She spoilt them rotten with gifts and made them feel so so special
