It is a very low hotel, not enough for 5 stars at all. The towels by the pool need a room card to change. There are 2 towel cards per room, but if you bring an extra baby, it will never give you an extra towel , a family of three can only have one person without towels, the buffet breakfast and dinner are very poor, not five- star hotel, the hotel's children's facilities and photos are completely different, the service staff does not have a standard, just ask for tips, with coaxing, really Very poor hotel, poor! poor! poor! old! old! old!
Just rely on the natural beach to make some money, waste such a good resource

The quality of the towels and robes was exceptional. The service was pretty good, surrounding was beautiful and clean. From the lobby there’s a very nice view. Nice balcony however we booked a sea view room, we were given a pool view room. The buffet was really good for breakfast, a lot of food choices, especially for dessert. We also had a lunch in the same buffet but it was overpriced. Going to the city center by taxi for lunch or dinner is much more worthy. Not many dinner options at the restaurant of the hotel.

Best hotel ever…amazing staff..shout out to Ahmed Hamdy at the main restaurant…super helpful….the rooms are clean..the beach is amazing..the staff are phenomenal..I stayed for few days and regretted i couldn’t atay longer..will definitely come back…

Leuk hotel, Julia is een heel vriendelijk geangageerde animator. Super service en heel vriendelijke bediening. Eten bib Candle Light top. Propere kamers en alle dagen heel goed gepoetst. Ken zeker nog eens terug. Kunnen Baron Palms zeker aanbevelen.

Всё шикарно!!!! Очень понравилось, вкусная еда, 4 ресторана, самый обалденно вкусный это индийский. А какое там мороженное, очень вкусное!!! Спасибо большое гостилейшен Ярине за помощь с экскурсиями и по информации по отелю. Очень красивый риф. Планируем вернуться. Всё роскошно!!!
